Leelanau Private Capital and Credo Private Capital have completed an investment to support the growth of Titanus Cement Wall Company, LLC ("Titanus"), headquartered in Novi, MI.

 

Titanus is a leading regional provider of poured cement walls for residential foundations.  Titanus was founded in 1951 by four immigrants from Italy and has poured over 50,000 foundations in southeastern Michigan for homebuilders of all sizes.  With the third generation now at the helm, Titanus still embodies the family-owned style and hard work of its founding fathers.
