Eastern Wholesale Fence Acquires Hudson Fence Supply

Eastern Wholesale Fence ("Eastern"), a portfolio company of Leelanau Private Capital and Center Rock Capital Partners, has acquired Hudson Fence Supply, Inc. and related companies ("Hudson"), headquartered in Fort Mill, SC.​ 

Hudson is a manufacturer and distributor of quality fencing products to contractors and builders throughout the nation.  With this acquisition and Eastern's added capacity outside of Charlotte, NC, the combined business will be a one stop shop for all of its customers' needs.
