Eastern Wholesale Fence ("Eastern"), a portfolio company of Leelanau Private Capital and Center Rock Capital Partners, has acquired Shoreline Vinyl Systems, Inc. and related companies ("Shoreline"), headquartered in Denton, MD.​ 

 

Shoreline is one of the Mid-Atlantic's largest manufacturers and distributors of PVC and aluminum fence and railing products to a network of over 400 dealers across 19 states.  With this acquisition, the combined business is able to increase its product offering, strengthen the overall go to market strategy, and service a geography that stretches the entire East Coast.
