Leelanau Private Capital and Center Rock Capital Partners have acquired Eastern Wholesale Fence, LLC ("Eastern"), headquartered in Medford, NY.  Peter E. Williams Jr. will continue as CEO and will own a meaningful stake in Eastern.

 

Eastern is a leading manufacturer and distributor of residential and commercial fencing solutions in the Northeast.  The Company and its experienced management team are focused on driving growth through opening new locations and executing strategic add-on acquisitions.
