Builder's Stone & Masonry ("BSM"), a portfolio company of Leelanau Private Capital, has acquired Sipco Stucco and Stone Inc. and related companies ("SIPCO"), headquartered in St. George, UT.​ 

 

SIPCO is a specialty contractor focused on the installation of masonry products in Southwest Utah.  The merger of SIPCO and BSM creates the largest masonry provider in St. George and will allow the combined company to better service its customer base with a broad offering of stucco and stone products.
